TUSCAN INSPIRED RANCH

Tuscan inspired ranch home with finished lower level & garages for seven cars.

 

This house was designed to bring the outdoors in & to showcase the client’s extensive collection of advertising art posters.  The site was originally heavily wooded, overgrown, & steeply sloped.  The clients had difficulty envisioning the potential of the site because of all the overgrowth.  We started by creating a small cardboard model of the existing site without the trees.  Then we located the new house where it would give us the best opportunity to create the pond. Once they were able to see what was there & then dream about what could be, we were able to work together with the excavator, builder, & landscaper to bring that dream to life.
